Getting a well paid Job in Nigeria isn't a very easy thing. You tend to see most youths roam about the streets in search of a job that seems to be located no-where, some employers may say this youths don't have the right resource, but i say they are lying, but let's leave them alone, at least they are private companies but what About the so-called Government can't they produce Good jobs for the youths. When you get to most factories, oil-companies, banks, e.t.c you see the "white men" there supervising affairs, now a decree should be made in the country that any industry that wants to operate both foreign and locals, their work-force should contain 85% of Nigerians, with this we can be able so reduce un-employment to bearert minimal level.
